Injection and Blow Molding

HayesBrand Molding’s production processes used are injection and blow molding.  In order to create your customized product to exact specifications, many types of plastic resins are tested and run in our molding machines.  Available material we use, but aren’t limited to include:

• High and Low Density Polyethylene

• Polypropylene

• Polystyrene

• TPE’s – Thermoplastic Elastomer

• Nylons- any type, which include glass filled and naturals

• Glass Filled Styrenes
